In a groundbreaking collaboration designed to remove barriers to employment and education, Emerge Career and the Tri-Valley Career Center have partnered to provide Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) training and workforce support to justice-involved and system-impacted individuals across Alameda County, CA. This partnership leverages the strengths of both organizations to create seamless pathways to high-demand careers in transportation and logistics.

In a powerful step toward economic equity and reentry success, Goodwill of San Francisco Bay has partnered with Emerge Career to launch a pilot program offering Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) training and job placement services for justice-involved individuals in Bay Area Counties. This innovative partnership marks a critical investment in second chances, workforce development, and scalable reentry solutions.

At Emerge Career, we're proud to share the success of our recent collaboration with the New York City Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice (MOCJ) and local driving schools, which has led to the graduation of 19 formerly justice-involved New Yorkers from our Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) training program.
